Larry Mays is a licensed Medicare health insurance consultant serving clients in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida. He brings over 30 years of executive experience in information technology and business leadership, providing clients with a disciplined, analytical approach to understanding complex decisions like Medicare.

 

Larry has held leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies, including Unisys, ADT, and Tyco, as well as private equity-backed organizations such as SVP Worldwide and IBS Software. At SVP Worldwide, he managed a $70 million global Aftermarket Products and Brand Extension business, supporting iconic brands including Singer, Husqvarna Viking, and PFAFF across more than 190 countries.

 

In addition to his corporate career, Larry has a diverse professional background, including five years in radio broadcasting in Miami. He is the founder of Mays Fitness & Wellness Inc., which owned and operated a UFC Gym franchise in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, and the founder of the Black Men’s Health Forum, focused on education and community health awareness.

 

Larry’s international consulting experience spans more than 35 countries and 40 cities, where he has led engagements for global organizations. This experience gives him a broad perspective and the ability to simplify complex topics for clients.

 

He holds an MBA from Saint Joseph’s University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Adelphi University, and an Executive Certificate from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Larry has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Business Communications at Wilmington University and has held leadership and advisory roles with educational and nonprofit organizations.

 

Today, Larry applies his experience to helping individuals navigate Medicare with clarity and confidence—focusing on education, personalized guidance, and long-term client relationships.
